We have been conditioned by our culture to keep ourselves dim, small and taking up the least amount of space as possible. How often do you find yourself shrinking to fit in, to not rock the boat or trying to please others? It’s time for you to SHINE! Let go of judging yourself and beating yourself up, trying to be perfect, and hiding yourself until you feel like you are perfect (which is typically NEVER!) Let go of the fear of hurting others with your power. The power we practice as Awakened Women is EMPOWERMENT, not POWER OVER. Power over another is old model patriarchy, and does hurt others. Step into EMPOWERMENT. Embody the Awakened Woman by practicing self-love, self-acceptance and self-care. Celebrate who you are, what you are up to, and share that with others! At SGH Sacred Circle 
we offer a safe space to grow and find your strength.
